Privacy Policy

1. What data we collect

• From the enquiry forms: name, phone number and — if you provided them — event date, city, number of guests, format and wishes.
• Technical: the IP address of the request (used only for spam protection and rate-limiting form submissions).

We do not ask for — and kindly ask you not to send through the forms — special categories of data (health information and the like). If allergies matter for the menu, naming the ingredient is enough; no medical details needed.

2. Why and on what legal basis

• Purpose: to contact you about your enquiry, put together a programme/menu and confirm your booking.
• Legal basis (GDPR): steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and your consent expressed by submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a)).

3. Who sees your data

Your enquiry is sent to the website server and delivered to the MaxVel Kitchen team in a private work chat in the Telegram messenger (processor — Telegram Messenger Inc.). We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

The “Find us” section embeds a Google Map — when it loads, Google may use its own cookies as described in Google's privacy policy. The site itself uses no analytics cookies of its own.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept while we are arranging your event and for a reasonable time afterwards (up to 12 months), then deleted. On your request we will delete it sooner.

5. Your rights

• request a copy of your data, its correction or deletion;
• withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal);
• lodge a complaint with the Cypriot supervisory authority — the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy).
